The journey

From Saint-Exupéry to Espace Killy

The journey follows the A43 to Chambéry, then the A430 to Albertville. From Albertville, the RN90 climbs to Moûtiers and Bourg-Saint-Maurice. The final D902 section winds up to Val d'Isère at 1850 m altitude — about 40 minutes of winding but spectacular road.

Outside peak season, expect 3h15 to 3h45 door-to-door. In winter (December-April), ski-return Saturdays are particularly congested on the Albertville → Bourg-Saint-Maurice section — allow up to 4h30. Our driver adjusts the departure time to optimise your traffic window.

High-altitude equipment

Winter tyres compliant with Mountain Law II from November to March, chains always on board. Val d'Isère being at 1850 m, winter conditions on the D902 can be demanding.

Freeride skis and sports gear

Val d'Isère attracts off-piste skiers with wide and long skis. Our 7-8 seat vans have extended trunk and external ski rack for 180-200 cm freeride skis.

Demanding clientele

Service calibrated for Val d'Isère's international and premium clientele: driver in dark suit, still water on board, fluent English on request, absolute discretion.
